dadagoo buys Loadstreet.de 

German distributor and operator of software download shops
acquires the software business of Loadstreet GmbH & Co. KG.

Troisdorf, 15. August 2011 – dadagoo announced today its acquisition of the complete software business of Loadstreet GmbH & Co. KG, including the Loadstreet software distribution and the online software shop Loadstreet.de.

dadagoo also acquires the Loadstreet product and license portfolio and will integrate it into the dadagoo product portfolio. Thus, the Loadstreet products will become available throughout the dadagoo network as well.

Subsequent to the acquisition the online software shop Loadstreet.de will be upgraded and continue its operation with a much broader product offering.

dadagoo will also become responsible for the customer support to those customers who have purchased their products prior to the acquisition.
